These cover the use of this website. They are not the agreement for the work itself. If you join us, what we owe each other is set out in the agreement you sign, and that document governs the engagement.
Who we are
This site is operated by SkyRah LLC. Where these terms say "we" or "us", that is who they mean.
What this site is
A description of what we do and a way to start a conversation. Nothing on it is an offer of employment, a promise of an interview, or a contract. Sending the form does not make you a client, and it does not oblige us to take you on.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee that you will be placed, interviewed, or hired. Nobody honestly can. Hiring decisions belong to employers and depend on things none of us controls. Anyone in this industry who guarantees you a job is telling you something they cannot deliver.
Money
Nothing on this website is a price, a quote, or an offer of terms. What an engagement costs is discussed with you on the call and set out in writing in the agreement, and nothing is charged before you have agreed to it.
The assistant
The assistant on this site answers general questions about how we work. It can be wrong, it is not advice of any kind, and nothing it says commits us to anything or forms an agreement. If an answer matters to your decision, get it from a person on the call and in writing.
Text messages
If you tick the box on our form, or ask us to text you, SkyRah LLC may send you text messages to arrange your call and follow up on it, and will answer what you text us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help, and you can also ask through the contact page. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of anything we offer. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle your number is on our privacy page.
What you tell us
Please give us information that is accurate and yours to give. Do not submit someone else's details. If we later find that the background you gave us was not true, we may end the engagement, and any terms in the signed agreement about that will apply.
Using the site sensibly
Do not try to break into it, overload it, harvest from it, or use it to send anything unlawful or abusive. We limit how often the form and the assistant can be used from one place, which is there to stop misuse rather than to inconvenience you.
What is ours
The writing, design, name and mark on this site belong to SkyRah LLC. Read it, quote a line of it with credit, send it to a friend. Do not republish it as your own.
Links elsewhere
Where we link to another site, we are not responsible for what is on it.
Liability
We put real care into what is on this site, but we provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the website itself. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your rights under the agreement if you become a client.
